Luxury 4-Star, self catering cottages in Bude, sleeping 4 - 6 people plus baby, set on a small private complex enjoying far reaching views of the rolling Cornish countryside. Set in peaceful grounds with far reaching countryside views, one and a half miles from Bude, North Cornwall, with its lovely sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in comfort, open all year. On site there is an Indoor Heated pool, laundry room washing machines and tumble dryers, a games room and large children's play area.

Both Blackberry Lodge and Bramblewood Cottage have dishwashers, and fully fitted kitchens to make self catering a pleasure. These holiday homes also have a TV with digital stations, DVD player, VCR, CD player, and masses of adult and children's books, videos, and games. We provide a cot and high chair for babies, and beds are made up for your arrival.

Both cottages are centrally heated with electric night storage heaters, so are ideal for any time of the year, and we can offer short breaks at reasonable prices in our off peak seasons. There are no meters or any extras to pay at Trevalgas Cottages. Each has a private garden, and large sunny terrace with built-in BBQ's and garden furniture to sit out and enjoy watching the sunset with a relaxing drink. The cottages are next door to one another, so are ideally situated for two families wanting to holiday together. The meadow at the rear of the gardens allows children to go through the gates and wander over to the play area.

We keep both cottages reserved for non smokers, and do not allow pets, so are ideal for allergy sufferers.
Each cottage has been given the English Tourist Council's '4 stars' award for self catering accommodation, (last inspected and rated on 12th March 2008).

For those wanting to keep in touch while away, just bring along a wireless enabled laptop, or palm computer to check your emails and connect to the internet. We have installed free wireless internet access ( similar to a 'hotspot') at the cottages, for you to use if required during your stay.

Blackberry Lodge (sleeps 4 + Cot)

A detached comfortable single storey cottage. It is beautifully furnished, and has a lounge/diner with a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and full sized oven and hob. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath. There are two bedrooms, one double bedded, the other with full size twin beds. There is a patio at the front and an enclosed garden at the rear.

Bramblewood Cottage (sleeps 6 + Cot)

A comfortable single-storey, three bedroomed cottage. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third has twin beds. One bathroom has a full suite and electric shower, and there is an additional cloakroom with a second shaver point. There are leather sofas in the open plan lounge/diner, and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and full sized oven and hob. A feature of the cottage is its large landscaped gardens with glimpses of the sea from the rear.

Blackberry is a single story detached holiday home, next door to Bramblewood, with good views from the terrace over the rolling countryside.

Bramblewood has a large side garden with built-in BBQ, and plenty of garden furniture at the front terrace, and in the rear garden to enjoy the beautiful gardens, with overflowing tubs and borders.

The children's adventure play area features a wobbly plank, and a Wendy house for imaginative play. It is situated in a large field behind the two cottages, each of which has a gate for easy access. Enjoy sitting in the garden, while keeping an eye on the children at the play area.

The indoor heated swimming pool provides a perfect place to relax after a hard day building sand castles on the beach! It is for the exclusive use of the 14 cottages at Trevalgas, but as some are not let out to holiday makers, you will often find you have the pool to yourselves - even in August!
